Decorate our new home

Ours is a 3 bedroom furnished flat with a wide balcony with a total built up area of 1530 sq foot at sky terraces jaipur...we want someone to help us design the flat and help with some of the furnitures and wall paintings to give it a modern touch.
The living room has 3 sofas and a 6sitter dining table..so we would like someone to suggest some colors and wall papers for the walls to make our living look vibrant n classy and to work with some panelling for the ceiling for lights ,maybe change a few furnitures if necessary,add a tv unit and add a few wall paintings or showpiece to finish up the look ..for the balcony we want a nice cozy feeling area with warm lights to chill out in the evening..it should be our relaxing spot...for the bedroom we have a bed and a dressing table at present...we would like u to suggest colors for the bedroom walls also some wall papers as well and add a tv unit and panelling for the ceiling for lights....we are looking for someone to do this in a budget of 3-5 lakhs..looking forward to working with some creativity
