Job Description:
We are a digital transformation company helping customers, across industries from financial services to healthcare, achieve greater agility through transformed and automated customer experiences who are seeking instructional designers to work on one of our projects.
We have a project where our client needs to build an organizational development training curriculum for team managers which focuses on skill-based topics.
For this project, you must be an instructional designer who understands that when writing training materials, you need to think of engaging activities in a classroom-based and remote training setup. You will be working with a team of designers during the duration of the project.
Work Scope:
- Support the development of instructional documentation of our client’s team manager training curriculum.
- Develop Rise 360 courses and quick reference guides
- Conduct efficient research on source content as needed
Skill Requirements:
- Experience as an instructional designer or e-learning professional
- Experience developing courses using Articulate Rise 360 (must have own license)
- Very strong oral and written English communication skills
- Talent who can really conceptualize the training approach methodology
