2 Hours/per day Part-Time SDR for Markingo (LinkedIn + IG outreach, INR 10k/mo)

JOB DESCRIPTION --------------- Markingo is hiring 2-3 part-time team members in India to do daily outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram. We already send cold emails to local business owners in North America every day. Your job is to follow up on those same leads on social platforms, in our voice, using your own accounts. This is a real, ongoing role. Not a one-off project. If you do well in month 1, this continues for 6+ months, and there is a raise after 90 days based on reply rate. WHAT YOU WOULD ACTUALLY DO, DAILY --------------------------------- You log into a web portal we built. The portal shows you that day's 20 leads, with everything pre-filled: the prospect's first name, company, LinkedIn URL, Instagram handle when found, the email already sent to them, and a one-line message we want you to send. Your job, 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday: 1. Open the prospect's LinkedIn profile. View it, no action yet. 2. Wait 24 hours, then send a connection request with the exact one-line note from the portal. 3. If they accept, send a follow-up DM, also pre-written in the portal, copy-paste. 4. Same for Instagram, when an IG handle is provided. 5. Mark each lead in the portal as "sent" or "skipped" with a one-line reason. 6. If they reply on LinkedIn or Instagram, paste the reply text into the portal and tag the team. You do not need to handle the reply yourself. That is the whole job. Volume per day per person: - ~14 LinkedIn connection requests - 5-10 Instagram DMs - 10-15 follow-up messages to people who accepted Total messaging time: 90-120 minutes. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE, HARD REQUIREMENTS ---------------------------------------- 1. A LinkedIn account that is at least 2 years old with 100+ connections, your real name, real photo, real work history. You will send a screenshot of your "Member since" date in your application. 2. Willingness to update your LinkedIn for the duration of the engagement: - Headline and current role to "Growth at Markingo" - Location to "Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada" Your name stays your name. Your photo stays your photo. Only the company in your "Experience" section and the location field change. Non-negotiable. If this is a dealbreaker, please do not apply. Bonus if you have studied or worked in Canada before, the change reads more naturally on your profile. 3. An Instagram account with a real photo and at least some posts, used for at least 6 months. 4. Stable home internet and a laptop. Phone-only applicants will not work because the portal needs a real browser. 5. English good enough to read the prospect's profile and judge if our pre-written message fits. Sometimes you will skip a lead because the prospect is clearly not relevant. You need to spot that. 6. Available for 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday, between 7pm and 11pm IST. This overlaps with North American business hours when our prospects are active. WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED -------------------- - No cold-calling. - No writing messages from scratch. Everything is pre-written. - No replying to prospects. Replies get forwarded to the team. - No prior SDR experience required. Attention to detail and a real LinkedIn account matter more. PAY --- INR 10,000 per month, paid weekly via Freelancer milestone or direct UPI, your choice. ~2 hours per weekday, 22 working days a month, comes to roughly INR 227 per hour. Paid time off: standard Indian public holidays. After 90 days, raise to INR 13,000-15,000 based on reply rate from your accounts. HOW TO APPLY ------------ Send a single message with all of these. Two sentences: are you fine updating your LinkedIn current role to "Growth at Markingo" AND your location to "Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada" for the engagement? Yes or no to each, separately. Also, do you have any past connection to Canada (studied there, worked there, family there)? Brief one line is fine. 6. One sentence: what time window each evening can you commit to, in IST? 7. One paragraph, 3-5 sentences: tell us about your day job or what else you do. We want to know you have a normal life and this is a side gig, not your only income. TRIAL ----- Selected candidates do a paid 1-day trial. INR 500 for 1 hour, sending 5 messages from the portal. If the trial goes well, you start the next day on the full role. TIMELINE -------- Hiring 2-3 people this week. First trial day within 48 hours of selection. Full role starts the day after trial. If this fits, apply. If not, all good, ignore this one.
