Here’s what I need from you: • Capture vertical footage (1080×1920) throughout each ritual. • Edit same-day or overnight into 15- to 30-second Reels that feel upbeat, colourful, and informal—think trending audio, quick cuts, and playful text overlays. • Post directly to our Instagram account with relevant captions, hashtags, and location tags so friends and family can follow along in real time. Fast turnaround is critical—ideally each day’s reel goes live by the next morning.
