Factory Visit: Physically go to the Hualian factory in Wenzhou. Your goal is to meet the sales representative (Jane) or the Sales Manager in person. 2. Resolve Communication: Break the current "silence." Ask why messages are not being replied to and ensure they prioritize the Gymbrosia order today. 3. PI Finalization: Sit with the sales team to confirm the final Proforma Invoice (PI) and ensure it includes the specific Technical Annex I have provided. 4. Daily Reporting: Provide a brief summary of your meeting, including who you spoke with and a photo of yourself at the factory to confirm the visit. Requirements: • Must be located in Wenzhou (to minimize travel time/cost). • Fluent in Mandarin and English. • Professional, firm, and persuasive communication style. • No technical engineering experience required, but must be comfortable navigating a factory office environment.
