Need to design an HVAC system which sucks in the exhaust air from die-casting machine and takes it to a scrubber where it is treated before leaving it to the environment.
The machine has a small furnace which is heated by burning wooden pellets. The heat is used to melt aluminium which is then put into the die cast machine to form circular rings. The furnace and the die casting machine together create the smoke which is to be sucked.
you need to provide: the design and layout of the ducting, the fans required, the scrubber specifications and location.
The factory plant has around 20 machines with a small furnace attached to each. Please see the attached machine pictures, a small video of the process, and the layout of the plant which has these machines.
we should make kind of a chimney above each machine which sucks the smoke from it and then through a common duct takes to the scrubber.
