I have four finished manuscripts in Microsoft Word that need to become clean, industry-standard EPUB files. Each book is text-only—there are no images to manage—but several formatting elements must remain intact during conversion: all heading levels, every boxed call-out, and the italics used to set off Bible quotations. Familiarity with Christian content may be beneficial for understanding and preparing the material. Book 1 is ready now, Book 2 will be available on Monday, and the remaining books will follow as final content checks are completed. Sticking to the design in the Attachments is paramount, as the books must be well presented so that readers on Kindle and other platforms can easily understand them. EPUB 3 compatibility is preferred. The finished files should open flawlessly in Apple Books, Kindle Previewer and other mainstream readers, and pass the latest version of EPUBcheck without errors or warnings.
