I'd like to clone [url removed, login to view] and add to it a detailed volunteer tracking system to allow volunteers who moderate the site and feed information into the database to be automatically credited and given a ranking based on amount involvement.
I'd like to work closely with the design of the relational database, so that the site can be relatively easily adjusted/transformed by myself over time. What i ask for is a well thought out, effectively functioning skeleton that can flesh out over an extended period and still support the meat and flesh that will be added by users.
