Hi, I can create image upscaler in pure PHP. The whole project will be inside a folder which you can directly add to the server. It will use GD for upscaling. The frontend will consists a form in which user can upload image. there will be option for percentage or absolute-pixel scaling, and a quality slider for the JPEG output.
