Lightroom Catalog Consolidation & Organization

I have spent the past 15 years shooting professionally, which means multiple Lightroom Classic catalogs are now scattered over several external drives. What I need is one clean, searchable master catalog living on a single drive, with images arranged chronologically in a simple YYYY/MM/DD folder structure. While you merge and relocate everything, please add basic keywords (people, locations, shoot type, etc.) so I can pull up images quickly without digging through folders. To ensure we’re on the same page, include a detailed project proposal that explains: • how you will locate and merge all existing catalogs, • your approach to de-duplication and integrity checks, • the folder-by-date structure you’ll create on the new drive, • the method you’ll use for adding consistent, basic tags, and • a rough timeline from kickoff to delivery. The end product I’m expecting is: 1. A single Lightroom Classic catalog with every photo referenced, previews rebuilt, and no missing files. 2. One external drive containing the reorganized image library, matching the catalog path structure exactly. 3. A brief hand-off document outlining what was done and how to maintain the system going forward.
