CARD GAME PROJECT I would like to hire an illustrator to draw 20 pictures, to be used for an upcoming Kickstarter project involving illustrated playing cards. The exact size and resolution of the drawings are up for discussion, but a general guideline is that the illustrations will occupy approximately a third of a poker-sized playing card. Currently, we are using placeholder art of a resolution of at least 1027x567 being printed on physical card space of 37x58 mm, although these numbers may be subject to final changes. Four illustrations for the card backs are also needed. We currently have 178 completed playing cards for our game. The game is mechanically completed, and has been playtested extensively. When the illustrations purchased from you are applied to the cards, the game will be put on Kickstarter. Should the project be funded, we are interested in purchasing the rest of the required illustrations from the same artist, should the quality be sufficient. This project requires an ability to draw both characters and inanimate objects. The majority of illustrations are fantasy-inspired. When we have selected an illustrator, we will specify the concept of each card and supply the current placeholder art to give you an idea of what is needed.
