I need an artist to digitally Paint or Draw a main cover art.

I am going to be running an RPG campaign, and possible turning it into a book. and i need a main art work for it. the whole story revolves around a Stone slab the Characters find.
this stone slab looks similar to the stone in the file attached. with writing on it. surrounded by a orange glow.
the scene I want depicted has someone holding this slab at a slight angle, and on the slab it says. "Do you seek adventure? Then place your hands upon this stone and speak what you seek."
the back ground the texture of a cave browns mainly.
the lighting a dull orange and green, that emanates form the slab itself.
I would like two versions of the artwork one with the Quote up top and one with indecipherable symbols, that i would use for a book cover most likely.
I would preferable like it in PDF or PNG when art work is done
