Anime Dragon Ball Pixel Art Designer

Hello, i will need a fulll collection of every Dragon Ball character from the Dragon Ball universe. Including main villians. There have to be all the major transformation forms included from every dragon ball character. For exmple normale cell - perfect cell, normale freezer - golden Freezer, , Kid goku, Son Goku, Kaio-ken goku, SSJ Goku. 2SSJ Goku, 3SSJ Goku, Ultra Instinct Goku and so on from every Dragon Ball Series. Z - GT- Super - Heroes. I have attached an picture for personal reference. It will be maybe round about 100 - 300 Characters. Maybe you can recommend what kind of pixel size is the best for you to work this out. I will recommend to draw me some samples, i will pay the samples. I will need this deisgns within 2-4 weeks. You should be familar with th dragon ball franchise/universe and you must have a good awareness of the design regarding this project.
