I have a full set of commercial HVAC drawings and I need an accurate, itemised quantity take-off as soon as possible. The focus is on the ductwork, mechanical equipment, VCDs, NRDs, fire/smoke dampers, and the total refrigerant piping length. Please base the take-off on the latest drawing revisions (PDF and CAD will be supplied) and present the results in an editable Excel sheet. Use clear labelling that matches the drawing tags so I can plug the numbers straight into our estimating model. To help me choose quickly, include examples of past projects where you produced similar commercial HVAC take-offs. Speed is important, but accuracy is critical—I am working against a tight tender deadline and will be double-checking quantities. Deliverables (ASAP): • Excel file with separate tabs for: ducting (size, length, area), equipment count, VCDs, NRDs, dampers, and refrigerant piping length • PDF mark-ups highlighting each extracted element for easy cross-reference I will be ready to hand over drawings immediately and can clarify any specification details you need.
