The scope covers the complete hiring cycle for our entry-level positions. I need the process handled end-to-end: building a steady pipeline through job boards, social media campaigns, LinkedIn and Indeed postings; screening every résumé; running first-round interviews; coordinating skills assessments; and closing the loop with a smooth, paperwork-ready onboarding experience. Deliverables • Weekly sourcing report showing reach, response rates and upcoming interview slots • Short-listed candidate folders with résumé, screening notes and interview scorecards • Signed offer letters plus an onboarding checklist for each accepted hire • A brief wrap-up document summarising time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and any process improvements identified Acceptance Criteria A minimum of three qualified offers accepted each month, all documentation complete, and new hires fully onboarded by their first day.
