Entry-Level HR Executive Needed

I’m expanding our recruitment function and need an energetic Human Resource Executive who can take ownership of the full recruitment and staffing cycle. Although this is an entry-level position, you’ll be hands-on from day one and will grow quickly as you deliver results. Your focus will be exclusively on Recruitment and Staffing. Day-to-day you will: • Create clear, engaging job descriptions in line with each hiring manager’s needs • Source and screen candidates, then conduct first-round interviews (phone and video) • Coordinate offers, draft basic employment paperwork, and guide new hires through a structured onboarding program Success for this role is measured by time-to-hire, candidate experience feedback, and smooth onboarding completion for each new employee.
