The task is straightforward but must be executed with care, speed, and full compliance with local privacy regulations. Here’s what the assignment involves: • Contact each former employer supplied by the candidate. • Confirm that the person actually worked there, the position held and the start-to-end employment dates. • Collect any publicly shareable comments on performance or eligibility for re-hire if the company policy allows it. • Document your findings in a concise report, attaching screenshots, signed letters, or call notes that back up every data point. I will send the candidate details as soon as we start, and I’m happy to work on a per-candidate or batch basis—whatever is more efficient for you. Experience with Turkish HR practices and bilingual (Turkish/English) reporting will be a big plus.
