This project combines hands-on recruiting with a structured onboarding roll-out. All open requisitions and brand assets are ready, what I need is a specialist who can take them to market, screen talent, and then shepherd each successful hire through their first weeks inside the company. Sourcing focus Most resumes should come from job boards and social media outreach. I will provide log-ins to our preferred boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and a LinkedIn Recruiter seat so you can run targeted searches, craft posts, and maintain pipeline reports. Employee referrals are still possible, but they will be managed in-house, meaning your primary energy stays on the two selected channels. Onboarding scope Once an offer is accepted, you will trigger our digital paperwork packet, book orientation sessions, and serve as the single point of contact until day-30. All templates, compliance documents, and checklists are stored in BambooHR; you simply personalise them, track completion, and escalate any stalled tasks. Key deliverables • Five-candidate shortlist per role, complete with screening notes and scheduled interview slots • Weekly funnel report exported from our ATS • Completed onboarding checklist for each new hire (day-1, day-7, day-30 milestones) Acceptance criteria A role is considered filled when an offer is signed and the new hire reaches day-1 with 100 % of pre-start paperwork completed inside BambooHR. If you are organised, comfortable working inside mainstream ATS/HRIS platforms, and have the copywriting flair to make job posts stand out on social and boards alike, you’ll succeed quickly on this engagement.
