Your task will be to schedule and conduct each 30-minute interview, probe for real-world examples that reveal reliability, organization, time-management, and problem-solving, and then document your findings in a concise evaluation form. The hiring panel relies on a clear pass / hold / decline recommendation from you, supported by notes that summarize key behavioral indicators and a numerical rating against our competency rubric. All sessions will be held over Zoom, recorded, and logged in our ATS (Workable), so familiarity with both tools will save time.
