We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist us with the implementation of HubSpot, a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system. Our goal is to organize our sales funnel and streamline our processes for better efficiency. Here's a breakdown of the key tasks we need assistance with:

Dividing HubSpot into Six Sections:

We require the ability to categorize companies into six separate sections: "All companies," "Not Contracted Companies," "Contracted Companies," "Prospecting," "Opportunities," and "Existing Clients." This division will help us manage our leads and clients effectively.

Sales Funnel Attribution:

We will provide a link to a video that explains how we want our sales funnel to be attributed to HubSpot. Your role will involve configuring HubSpot to match our desired sales funnel structure accurately.

Email Templates and Communication:

We need to set up email templates within HubSpot for seamless communication with our prospects and clients. The ability to add contact information like phone numbers and other relevant details will be crucial. Additionally, we would like to track emails, make calls, take notes, and set tasks within the system.

Task Management and Visibility:

Tasks play a vital role in our sales process, and we need them to be visible and accessible within HubSpot. Ensuring that tasks are displayed in an organized and intuitive manner is essential for our team's productivity.

Monthly Plan Integration:

If possible, we would like to incorporate a monthly plan feature into HubSpot. This would enable us to manage and track various activities and progress without the need for separate tools. While we do not require email sequence functionality within HubSpot, we have alternative solutions for that purpose.
