Webform must have the following functions: • Open text fields (For name, contact number) • Drop down fields (For countries) • Radio Buttons for specific selections • Browse to upload file (image or video file - restricted to certain file format eg: .mp4 & file size: max 2mb per image) • Checkbox for PDPA clause • Submissions should only be allowed for users with a Company email (A whitelist of eg: *.companyname.* / submissions based of other mail providers eg: gmail would not be allowed) • Webform has to trigger auto replies after submission • Webform to have form data compiled and exported to Excel sheets. • Webform will be hosted in the existing .[login to view URL] domain and hidden from public. Link will only be made available for Company staff. • We will provide the necessary pathing for files to be stored. Need the form to be up urgently.

Hi I have 15+ years of experience. I need to know the following : 1) After submission the data should be exported to excel file only. No database insertion. Correct? 2) in Excel file, for picture or video, you just need the link of the file only along with the other detail? 3) Does the server is windows based? and are you planning to developed this in classic ASP or .Net?
