We have a cloud based software and want someone's help to write the help documentation using Zoho Desk. We would like the documentation to be simple for any user to read and understand.
1. We would like for the documentation to be layered, where if there are any sub-topics it is easy to search and read.
2. Toggling between topics should be easy.
3. Screen recording videos sessions will need to be added to the help documentation to demonstrate workflow.
4. A short animated video using any off the shelf tool describing the product will need to be created and added to the help documentation.
5. FAQ sections should be available.
1. Someone with good english writing
2. Familiar with Zoho Desk or other similar products to be able to create the knowledgebase there
3. Should be able to do some coding to add CSS elements to the help manual
4. Should have an eye for design and aesthetics
5. Should be able to create an animated video on any online video maker, create suitable content and produce the video
6. To work closely with our team to execute the entire project
About the product:
1. the tool is a compliance management platform with options to track and upload compliance information
2. the workflows are not too complicated.
3. A help manual document is already available with us, this will be shared upon confirmation of work
