Replicate a Wordpress theme and design a logo / visual identity

I am looking for someone to replicate the theme of a website in Wordpress and design a logo for the website. The theme should be responsive.
The layout and responsiveness should be similar to http://www.nerdwallet.com.
The main reasons for choosing this as the basis are:
- Great typography
- Sensible use of white space
- Good responsiveness for a site where text content is the king
Specifically, I am looking for the same type of layout and responsiveness as their content pages have. An example is here: [login to view URL]
I am NOT looking to replicate the whole site or all of the pages.
The scope here is to:
- Have similar structure and responsiveness for posts and pages
- Retain the proportions and the usage of white space
- Similar look & feel when it comes to visuals
Things that are out of scope are:
- Similar front page with all the elements
- Similar category pages
- All calculators
My site is a pure content website with a blog.
The basic layout is:
- Full-width header
- Wide post header
- Content
- Sidebar
- Wide header
These all should be responsive as in the reference website.
I would also need there to be functionality for:
- Related posts (shown in sidebar)
- Most popular posts
- Top posts / Staff picks
- Latest posts (whole site and in category)
As for the content, I would need a couple of blocks designed. These would be:
- FAQ block that works like an accordion
- Table of contents block with navigation
- Two tables with headers
- Star rating block to be used in tables
They can come from a page builder or from Gutenberg or from an add-on block set.
As for the logo and visual identity, I am looking for a logo with an icon and a wordmark. The icon should be geometric in style. I will provide a sketch of the icon. I am also looking for colors that make up the visual identity of the site.
