Rebuild Windows VB Application into 4-track Audio Recording/Streaming Web App in HTML5/Javascript

We are looking for developers to develop a cross platform (iOS, Android, Blackberry & Windows 8 Mobile) Audio Recording and Streaming App to be developed in HTML5, Javascript and Phonegap (other development platforms considered). ******************* Please see our Flash based example on: [login to view URL] and our functional design (attached). [login to view URL] ******************* Audio to be recorded by both microphone and USB audio interface (when available), audio processing (normalizing, compressing) in back-end, output device to server is 32 kbps mono file ogg vorbis or mp3. We already have a working Visual Basic application as an example. The offer is for the frond-end application development only, all server based processes will be handled by us. Simple HTML 5 based Audio Recorder, Audio Streamer and Uploader as Web Application and for Android/iPhone, using Web Audio API and Get User Media. DJM App´s Interface: • Shutdown: Shutdown DJM App. • Current Location: Shows the current location for the DJM App. (manual plus geolocation) • Recording Time: Shows the recording time • Audio Level Meter: Shows the amplitude in decibels (dB) of the stereo input (CH-1 and CH2-) , CH-3 and CH-4 (if available)and the microphone input (Mic) if available + increase gain - decrease gain • Start/Stop button: Press this button for start the recording and/or streaming, you must see the recording red led blinking. For safety the lock is set automatically. To stop the recording first unlock and then press the Start/Stop button. • Lock/Unlock switch: The software stays in locked mode while recording. You can make changes on the settings by unlocking the DJM App interface. • Settings: Allows the user to configure severall settings, such as device number, country, dj/party name, stage, bit rate for recording/streaming and schedule recording. • Sync: Sends the recorded files to the Dj Monitor server. • Show WiFi: Opens the WiFi and network connection window. Also open the On-Screen Keyboard. • Log Messages: Shows the info about all processes executed by the DJM App software, as well as for the server messages such as recognitions, etc. Other features: * User Log-in/Registration through Social Login. * Fix Geo-location per recording * Add Tags per Recording (e.g. genre) * Graphical UI with VU Meters * Sync recordings with servers (our own, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, Youtube) * Stream recordings to server * Mini Terminal/status display/identifications display * Social tag function of IDs on/off Please quote total price, description of skills, hourly price * amount of hours and Gantt chart of deliverables and dates..
