Need an expert Web Designer, mainly HTML and CSS for long term

I am looking for an expert and creative Web Designer who can design modern-looking web pages and a dashboard.
Major Skills: HTML, CSS, JS and PhotoShop
Supportive Skills: React.Js/ [login to view URL] Node.Js/ Figma
Initially, a minimum of 40-50 hours per week will be required
After 2 weeks 4 hours per day will be manageable.
Budget- 200- 400 per hour
Terms of work- THe developer will have to work at least for 2 months. In case of leaving the work have to inform at least 10 days before. The developer will have to work on the tracker along with other team members. Developer should give a good work quality and productivity as per the consumed time.
Payment terms- Payment will be released on either a half-monthly or Monthly basis. In case of a half monthly. payment 15-25% payment will be on hold and released in the next payment and so on. If a particular assignment gets completed in that case no payment will be on hold.
Note-- Only true and genuine freelancers are allowed.
