Help with button to login on external website

I have a website on a domain which needs to have button that, once clicked, redirects the user to another website and logs the user in on this website with a fixed username/password. I have no control over the other website.
The other website contains a birth list, which can be accessed with a general username / password. Instead of handing out these credentials, I want to create a webpage on my own domain with a button that takes the user to the birth list website and logs the user in right away. The user doesn't has to enter any credentials this way.

I will pay for a solution that provides the functionality described above. It may be done with pure HTML, iframes, Javascript or any other technologies that you might need.
