Develop web application with ability to do calculations with user input

I am looking for a web developer to create a web application that will allow users to input data and perform calculations. The application should have the following features:

- Ability to perform basic calculations based on a set of user inputs and look up of some variables in the background, and provide an output with a set of recommendations.

- Professional but User-friendly interface for easy input and viewing of data

- Secure payment processing system for e-commerce transactions

- E-commerce functionality to allow users to subscribe under individual and business memberships

- Option for users to create accounts and save their data for future reference

Skills and experience required:

- Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems

- Proficiency in database management and data handling

- Understanding of basic arithmetic calculations and how to implement them in a web application
