Create a classified web-site with articles

Hi friends! I need to create a web-site that will inform general public of new technologies and provide profiles of companies working in the sphere of green technologies. In my understanding, it should be a combination: information web-site, like an on-line magazine + catalogue of companies divided by categories where they can create there own profiles.
The web-site will be in Italian language.
I think to use a Wordpress template (or combination of them if possible), maybe also paid template
It should include 8-10 categories for articles with commenting for registered users. Buttons to share in social networks. They should be located in modules, blocks, with sliders, animation etc. to create a attractive and dynamic look.
It should also include 8 categories where my clients can create and administer their profiles. (for example, own banner, show-case of their products (without sale), photo gallery, company description, contact details , tags, geolocation, etc.. Also administrators of those profiles should see their statistics . Window to contact the company, send request etc.
I need to have several options for monetization, like free subscription with limited functions, free testing period for full subscription and paid full subscription. Paying option for monthly subscription on the web-site. Maybe also paid advertising functions on the website
