Codeigniter + materialized CSS website

NO.1 point: Only FReelancers with 40% repeat hire rate shall apply. Budget negotiable +-200 I already have an existing store. This project is for building a new store as a part of the existing store's enhancement. Site shall be made using MaterializedCSS with very rich look. Timeline is 30 days or less. the flow of the website will be explained in private chat. But it will have the flow like in the sample deisgn link i gave above with few additional filters. Note: Freelancer who is going to bid for this project is expected to fix few issues with the existing site. I wont expect an enhancement, But a routine Bug that may arise before we bring up the new site. I am trashing the previous website jsut because it was not built on proper CMS. and the freelancer faked me that he is building on codeigniter and custom php(technically yes) and left the project with plenty of bugs that I had to fix it by myself. Hope this wont be repeated. Hence I am looking for Outstanding FREELANCER who has atleast 30% repeat hire rate and try to negotiate the budget, i will definitely consider Thanks
