Chinese Community Care Platform Build

I’m creating an online hub that helps Chinese-speaking participants, their carers and families connect with disability and aged-care service providers across Australia. The heart of the platform will be a robust Service Provider Directory, so I need a developer who can deliver this module first, then position the codebase for a forum and blog that will follow. Key functions I want in this initial build: • Provider listings that can be filtered by location, service type and provider ratings. • A clean Chinese-friendly UI (simplified characters) with bilingual labels so English-speaking staff can still navigate the back-end. • Provider profile pages that accommodate photos, qualifications, languages spoken and a short bio. • Scalable tagging structure so filters stay fast as the directory grows. • Admin dashboard where I can approve, edit or remove listings. Tech preferences I’m flexible, but a mainstream stack such as React or [login to view URL] on the front end and a Node/Express or Laravel API with a PostgreSQL database will make future expansion easier.
