Change a booking Formular of plug-in

I am looking for someone who can add one more option on the booking page. The booking page is a plug-in (wp hotelier). This page is done for single hotel and not multiple hotels. I want to be able to choose between hotels, before I choose the rooms.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change it in the customiser.
