Hello, we are looking for a good freelancer who can develop in 30 days a fully functional Live Streaming Website with Shopping Function.

Following Functions needed:
- Live Streaming with Live Chat
- Each user has a Profile where people can follow each other and see Products and Past Streams
- Users have the capability to add products that can be sold
- Payment Methods PayPal and Stripe
- Users have the capability to interact by chatting with each other privately
- Users can set shipping, product specifications like sizes and colors, and price
- Users get notified when other users are live
- Highlight Products that are presented during the stream
before we consider anyone we want you to write us how exactly you would build this. We have 30 Days and will only install one full Milestone which will be released upon completion of the project.
