Make circle images flip/rotate like a coin. Show different image on every new flip and rotate

So currently our logo(a circle image) is set to flip like a coin to show another side of the logo (a different circle image) and then it flips back.

Instead of this we would like to show a different "circle-img" everytime it flips and then rotate. We wana show 15 different images.

Each image will be "clickable" and link to a certain spot. We also want it to "pause rotating" when a user is hovered over it.

If possible but not requered we would like the user to be able to flip back and forth like a "slider" on mobile/mouse dragging.

My budget for this project is 80$. My time frame is 5 hours or less. If you are not 100% sure you can deliver in 5 hours or less DO NOT APPLY.
