I need to send 7000 bulk marketing emails using your email server to send out

I have 7000 email addresses on CSV format. There all mix email addresses (meaning some are valid, some not) however i need to send all 7000

Now i am looking for someone to use YOUR email server to send out 7000 bulk marketing email, mostly south african email addresses. I will provide you the html of the email to send out, all you need to do is send out (but display the sender address, from my email address)

Thereafter once sent, 24 hours later, i need a detail report of the email sent, like how many sent, how many failed, how many opened the email, how many bounce etc.
