I need you to update a contact form on a web page that has already been coded. The contact form uses jquery to validate the form fields. What you need to do is convert the contact form to only request First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Remove all other fields and jquery validation for the other fields. When the contact form is submitted, the results need to be emailed to the email address already being used. But, I need you to program the form so that after the results are emailed, a download begins for the user of a PDF file. I will provide you with the PDF. Please review the current web page already coded. I need this completed ideally in about two hours, but can extend the deadline to one day. Thanks!

Updating the existing form and removing the unwanted fields and adjusting the PHP email script accordingly will be just a matter of a couple simple edits. I downloaded and reviewed the files in the attached .ZIP and they look straightforward enough. Starting the download of a .PDF will only be a matter of adding a bit more Javascript in the submitHandler function. I should be able to complete everything same-day with no problem.
