I have a HTML form with select boxes, and I would like to remove the options using jQuery's .detach() method, then with the .append() method add back only specific elements based on previous selections.
My current form is working correctly on most browsers, but it hides the select <options> with CSS display:none which is not working on Safari browser... That's why I need the .detach() approach implemented.
