It has a block stem wall and the perimeter is fine.
I want to add 2 (or 1) 12" LVL Beams under each interior wall bearing on the reengineered stem wall / footer and new footers at 1/3 and 2/3' s
I have and idea for the center that may help as well
Must be Licensed in the State of Florida and able to be Engineer / Architect on Record for Permit / Project
