I need a clean, classic-looking website that immediately reassures visitors they are in safe hands while giving me an easy way to showcase the clinic’s latest achievements and news. The visual style should stay professional—think plenty of white space, refined typography, and a colour palette that matches our existing brand rather than anything flashy or overly modern. The site’s first job is to act as our public journal: regular blog posts, media mentions, awards, and research updates should all live in a section that is simple for my team to update without touching code. At the same time, the platform must make life easier for patients. A built-in appointment scheduler that connects with Google or Outlook calendars, sends automated reminders, and offers slot management from the admin panel is essential. For patients who cannot visit in person, I want a secure online-consultation module—video or chat—integrated with our EMR or, at minimum, able to export notes in PDF. I would also like a floating help icon that opens a small window with answers to the most common questions, plus an option for patients to type a quick query if their answer isn’t listed. Multilingual support for testimonials and patient success stories matters because many visitors prefer reading experiences in their own language.
