Remove fence panel for delivery of Spa & then replace fence panel at Russell Lea NSW Australia

I have a physical task (local job) for this coming Thursday 3 December 2020 at Russell Lea, NSW, Australia.

I need a handyman to remove a fence panel in our backyard in the morning to allow for the delivery of a new outdoor spa. The task is a 2 part task. As I need your help to put the fence panel back up in the afternoon after the spa delivery is complete. The panel has been removed and put back previously and is bolted on. The task may require new bolts to put it back as current bolts are a bit rusted.

Must haves:

Ability to remove bolts currently holding fence and replace with new bolts (if needed). I can source the bolts.

Must be available Thursday morning 3 December before 10am and also Thursday afternoon 3 December after spa delivery to replace fence panel
