This project is urgent (within the next - 7 to 10 days) but is very simplistic.
Please - it most important that this can be created quickly and cost effectively. This is a chance to start much bigger work for this customer including a complete franchise management and sales system.

A simple data application that enables a sales person to log sales.
Once completed for the day the data can be exported/synchronised to a simple MS Access database.
PDA onscreen requirements are simple as follows :-
1. Main menu
(A) Open Visit
(b) Create Customer
(C) Edit Customer
(a) OPEN VISIT
Date : automatically assigned and shown.
User selects Site ID or Customer Name
Following details are shown :-
Total Left - text box for numeric entry (eg 32)
Total Sold - calculated field ( = Previous "Total Left" - current "Total Left")
Due - calculated field ( - "Total sold" x "Cost per item")
Received - (Currency field)
(B/C) CREATE/EDIT CUSTOMER
Site ID (Unique) - Dropdown selection box
Customer Name - Dropdown selection box
Customer Address - (text box)
Telephone No - (text box)
Charity of choice - (text box)
Likes - (text area)
Dislikes - (text area)
Additional Info - (text area)
Cost per item - (Currency field)
NOTE : We will need the corresponding Access database created to hold the information and to allow customer records to be added/edited/deleted using a simple form.
