Outdoor Camp Shoot HMUA Needed

I’m after a resourceful local hair-and-make-up artist to join us on a three-day outdoor photography shoot in Jamieson, Victoria, 6–8 June. The project celebrates camping culture—think early-morning river mist, crackling campfires and relaxed weekends away—so the brief is all about light-touch, naturalistic grooming rather than high-glam studio styling. You’ll be working with a rotating cast of three to five people per setup (a max of 10 people per day), covering both adults and kids aged 6-12. Because the narrative shifts from dawn coffee to late-afternoon campfire, we’ll need you all day and we’ll be working with a range of skin tones. Continuity matters, so quick touch-ups and weather-proof solutions are essential. Call time runs roughly 6:30 am–4:30 pm with a lull in the middle of the day when we break for location resets. We’re moving between several outdoor spots, so please plan for your own transport and a kit that caters to a range of skin tones and hair textures. Accommodation will not be provided, so we are looking for someone local to the Victorian/Jamieson area. Having your own car is essential for travel between locations. Deliverables each day: • Prep and complete first looks before first light • Maintain and adapt looks on set through changing light and weather • Provide quick resets for scene swaps, ensuring continuity in stills and BTS motion I’ll supply a detailed run-sheet and mood references; you bring the talent-friendly products, portable set-up and the calm, collaborative mindset that keeps crews happy on the road.
