We are building a B2B deal and documentation management platform for business sales, acquisitions, IP/asset deals and other complex transactions. The product is already designed and in production built on React and Supabase. We now need an experienced GTM positioning strategist to prepare it for real users and investors. Your role is to review the current product flows and value proposition, help choose a clear first niche such as business brokers or small M&A firms, define our positioning and messaging, create a simple 90 day go to market plan, suggest landing page structure and key copy points, and give feedback on investor partner readiness.
