Success for this role is measured by growth in social-sourced sessions and sign-ups, not just vanity metrics. If you’ve scaled similar funnels before and are comfortable blending creative storytelling with performance tracking, let’s talk. Main responsibilities: Create and manage content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms Plan reels, carousel posts, captions, hooks, and content calendars Improve SEO for Verbli so people can discover us when searching for language learning, English speaking practice, French learning, speaking fluency, listening practice, writing practice, etc. Set up and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, or YouTube Suggest growth campaigns, creator outreach, partnerships, and promotional ideas Track results and improve based on performance Help build awareness, users, and paid subscribers for Verbli Ideal person: Has experience growing apps, education platforms, SaaS products, or online brands Understands social media trends and short-form video marketing Can write strong hooks and captions Knows SEO basics and paid ads Can think strategically, not just execute tasks Can show previous work, results, or case studies Please include: Your relevant experience Examples of brands, pages, apps, or platforms you helped grow What platforms you are strongest at Your suggested 30-day growth plan for Verbli Your monthly price or project price Whether you can also help with ad creatives and content ideas The goal is not just to post content.
