We are a startup digital marketing agency whose primarily focus is email campaigns, for now.
Our services will be offered to Real Estate agents in the area, and we want to offer a great tool for them to go in and see for themselves where their money is going.
We use Zoho and have gone into Zoho Creator but we need professional help. We like the layout of the 'Property Manager' app in Zoho Creator, which we are looking for something similar but tailored to our requirements.
We have 3 subscription plans: Leases, Leases and Buyers, and Leases, Buyers and Sellers.
A good example might be OutboundEngine. We want the Realtors to be able to upload their contacts; update, add or delete whenever. Each Realtor will have their own database of contacts, not shared amongst anyone but only us able to see that. We want them to have the freedom to, like a multiple field selection or checkbox, where they can choose what type of client each of their contact is, if the client is a buyer, they get the buyer mail list. If client is a seller, they get the seller mail list. If they want all three mail lists, they can get them.
