I would like to hire a Cartography & Maps Freelancer

I need a simple baseline map of a 40-acre section of a much larger historic site that includes a house, outbuildings, visitor center, and parking lot along with a formal garden, fields, and walkways and roads. The map should be to scale so it can be used for internal planning purposes for studying visitor circulation and future site development. I've attached an aerial view from Google Maps and the desired area is indicated by the red dashed line. I can provide additional details upon request.
