Wordpress Theme Designing/Creating

Hi, We would like a Wordpress theme designing for our website called 'WOW Voucher Codes'. The theme colors should be blue and orange. You should design the logo and the theme that integrates with our wordpress site and our plugin which automatically posts the offers/vouchers on the site. So you should ensure this theme works with both wordpress and the plugin (can give you a demo login if you need). I think the way the plugin we use that auto posts vouchers/offers has a template system, so you can create a new template in this possibly might be the best way? The design should be for the homepage design and also how a voucher/offer looks designed page. The design should have the logo at the top, a navigation bar we can edit within wordpress. The design should also have image links to our Facebook & Twitter pages. The search box for the site should be very big and prominent on every page. The side bar/widget bar should also have a nicely designed box to sign up to our newsletter for the latest free vouchers/deals. The footer should also include our company logo (WOW Media) in black and white. Anything else you think you can integrate into the design which you think will look good also. The site should also show the categories for the vouchers somewhere (possibly the widget side bar) Homepage should display maybe latest voucher codes and featured stores (I think these can be loaded from the plugin using shortcodes) There should be a nicely designed bar at the bottom/footer so I can add many links to the footer of the site for different things. I would like to see demo/mock designs from people before we award the project. Thanks.
