I have an Educational institution. And I need expert services of Full stack development.

I need a Complete and Comprehensive Online Test Generator and Checker/ Evaluator SOFTWARE AND RESPONSIVE WEBSITE (Live and otherwise) (for all devices) for my educational institute.
Main purpose is to sale it online tests on subscription or individual test basis.
Questions will range from objective, multiple choices, fill in the blanks, true or false, descriptive question, also written sentence form, numerical, images.
Results of the test and answer of the questions should be instantly available to subscriber as soon as student completes the test.
Please guide about the system for writing / answering / evaluation / checking of Descriptive question-answers.
User should also be able to Auto Generate the test papers as per their requirement. System should auto generate.
Question papers or test from question bank as per defined criteria on random basis.
Many tests will be ready made and available for buying off the shelf.
Student must also have option to generate and build the test whereby they select the subject- total marks-chapters-type of questions or Mixed bag and our system will generate the test paper
That means there will be two types of tests/ exam paper 1. Designed by us and 2. Designed by student
You need to develop the whole system (full stack) and design (back and front end) and give the complete control and source code and GUIDE me.
My staff members will only upload the question, assign marks, decide about the level of hardness, answers, sort, check the descriptive questions them (if needed) as per system designed by you.
