Sounds like you have a problem with your targeting. It doesn't matter if you have the greatest product ever made for dog owners if you're targeting Iguana owners... it just won't sell that well. There can be other problems with your targeting as well. For example, your showing your products to people who think what you offer is cool but not really into it enough to buy (this are the people who would go to a shop to see stuff because they think it's cool but they never really buy). I will have to check your Facebook and website, your traffic analytics, your post/product offers that are driving the traffic, prices, competition, and targetting of ads. With this, I can provide you with a strategy to put your products in front of the people that are actually looking for them. I am an experienced Digital marketer who is new to the Freelancer platform. Normally, I would charge 3,000 for a business strategy and marketing plan. Luckily, I am looking for reviews since I am new to the Freelancer work. I will do this for 500 CAD (plus the freelancer.com fees). You can check the review for the last client I did Facebook work. Once you have the strategy, you will likely have to re-adjust how you're currently handling your social media and your business but it is in order to do what business are made to do.... sell and make money.
