Must be able to work on North American Time Zone at least 50% of the time.
Experience:
Must have odesk experience. Overall review rating of above 4/5, and more than 500 logged odesk hours to be considered.
Must have extensive experience in web development, work will include simple tasks like installing wordpress, themes, customization, as well as less simple tasks including finding issues in site speed, and working on custom made PHP site and scripts.
Comfort with Photoshop an asset. Comfort with servers / linux is an asset.
Details:
This job is not for any specific task. Many tasks will emerge.
Independent:
With varying time zones, it is essential that the successful candidate can work independently. You will receive instructions, we can discuss them for a short period of time, after that you will not be able to communicate with me. It is essential to get as much done as possible, even if there are multiple directions to take, it is the contractors responsibility to choose the ideal direction.
Accountability:
This is one of the most important points. When assigned a task, it is your job to finish it completely. This includes as much testing as possible. When you tell me a task is complete, I need it to be 99.9999% complete with almost no issues, and certainly no issues that could of bin found by you. As soon as this is not the case, we will have to terminate agreement.
