Hi, I believe you just need a simple website where users can come and download the various psd/png's uploaded by you? I can create your website and will also help you host it for free. The free hosting will let you run the site until you reach a certain minimum traction, beyond which you can then shift to paid hosting. I am thinking of using wordpress for the same. Here is what I know: you need a website that will offer free downloads for files you have already created. I have built websites for small businesses before with e-commerce capabilities. While your website does not involve money transfer, it does involve downloadable products (even if they are free). I would assume you're attempting to build a following, too, so I can include forms for email, an about page, a "product" page and anything else you may be looking for. Websites are complex and take time. I understand that others may quote less time. My time quote is based on not only building a live site, but ensuring that it is quality and will meet your needs. I recommend viewing the proposed milestones below to ensure this is the process you are looking for. I do recommend building a website based around a CMS (like Wordpress) as this will allow you the ability to upload more products over time without the need to hire someone again. If you are absolutely opposed to Wordpress (which is perfectly acceptable), I can help you find a system or design a website that allows you the right kind of access to add more downloadable logo files in the future.
